Lagoon View Resort Retreat

Hello, I've found the resort fine considering the post-hurricane troubles. The hotel personnel is not particularly friendly and welcoming, at least with AirBnB guests. Luckily our host Jennifer behaved like a friend and was always available for help and suggestions.

Would book again. Positive: Gorgeous property and great location. Jen was excellent and provided everything we needed.

Baustelle !!! Nicht buchen. Positive: Sauberes Zimmer, netter Eigentümer. Negative: In der Anlage sind massive Baumaßnahmen. Eine Nutzung ist sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Pools dreckig, laute Arbeiten. Eine Frechheit das trotzdem zu vermieten und das zum vollen Preis. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde nur mit „ ist leider so…. „ reagiert.

Aloha, very nice room, very clean. The bed closest to the bathroom, the headboard was not attached to the frame or could have just loose, I had to stuff a pillow in between the mattress and the headboard to sleep. Other than the bed was very comfortable. The complementary snacks is a nice touch, MahaloWe are looking forward to return after the hotel renovations are completed. I will recommend your room to my Ohana and friends visiting from the mainland or like us a staycation, Mahalo JennAn absolute must while you're on Kauai, for breakfast, I highly recommend Kountry Kitchen in Kapa'a about 20-25 minutes north of the airport on Kuhio Hwy. Best breakfast I've had in a very long time. Check out the pancakes!!

Positive: The room was comfortable. Appreciate having a refrigerator and beach chairs in the room. The main reception and restaurant was being renovated. Staff very friendly. Negative: Having to pay for parking.
