New Listing ! Sunrise Suite on the Coconut Coast

What a beautiful, serene home base this was for my time on Kauai. The suite is spacious and quiet; the kitchen is well-stocked with all the supplies you might need for cooking/baking. Plenty of bath towels and lots of beach equipment - so convenient! The ocean views made mornings and evenings something to look forward to. I spent so much time on the balcony just watching the light shift as day turned to night over the horizon. The location is unbeatable if you want to actually live like a local rather than just visit. Everything is within walking distance: the beach, downtown Kapaa, a hot yoga studio, Kenji burger, the Kapaa bike path, grocery stores, and great coffee. Having previously lived on Kauai, I know how rare it is to find a spot this centrally located that still feels peaceful and private like your own oasis! Jennifer was wonderful to work with and is a wealth of helpful information. I ended up wanting to extend my stay on the island, and she graciously accommodated the last-minute, long-term request! Check-in was smooth and easy, and her communication throughout was clear and responsive — exactly what you want from a host, especially when plans shift. If you're looking for a calm, well-located place central to all that Kapaa has to offer, with a wonderfully kind and gracious host, I'd recommend this suite without hesitation! I'd happily stay again!
